Cancelation Policy

1. Customer Order Cancellations

✅ Orders Eligible for Cancellation

You may cancel an order if:

  • The vendor has not yet confirmed or started preparing the order.

  • The order has not yet been dispatched or picked up for delivery.

❌ Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellations may be denied if:

  • The order has already been processeddispatched, or is en route.

  • The item is custom-madeprepared on demand, or non-refundable (e.g., perishable goods, digital services).

📲 How to Cancel

  • Open the KabaKaba App.

  • Go to Orders > Select your order > Tap "Cancel Order".

  • If eligible, your cancellation will be processed immediately.

  • If not, you may contact Customer Support to request manual review.


2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, a full or partial refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method or KabaKaba Wallet.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
